
This manual for parents and caregivers of children who are visually impaired with additional disabilities is available as a free download through Blind People's Association. The manual was developed with a team from India, with support from Perkins International (formerly known as Hilton/Perkins). It includes dozens of ideas of simple, hands-on activities that are appropriate to the Asian context and village life, using locally-available materials.
